We received a call from this person claiming that something came off of our vehicle on the interstate. He stated it was a piece of vinyl siding. Our chimney truck was not carrying vinyl siding. My driver was not aware of any issue. I called my insurance company and they said the person would need to show some type of proof that it came from our vehicle. He has photographic evidence that his car was damaged on the interstate but no proof that it was our fault and even the story of siding coming off of our truck doesnt match what our trucks have on them. The customer threatened to call an attorney the first time we were discussing the issue so at this point we will wait to hear from them. His insurance company should be called and if they need to pursue it with my insurance company they will do so. Mark Stoner President Ashbusters Chimney Service.

This est does not take care of their responsibilities. After failing to secure items on the back of their work truck debris flew off and hit my wife's car. Despite multiple witnesses and photographic evidence they refuse to take care of their responsibilities. Someone could have been seriously hurt and we're out the cost of repairing our car. Unbelievable that their owner would skirt his responsibilities.

Marcus and his colleague came to inspect our two chimneys. They were thorough, and he took the time to explain every item that they saw (with showing pictures) and how the remedies. We felt like we got all the information we need to properly decide on next steps.

Ashbusters removed our old fireplace, installed an electric fireplace, and tiled the wall surrounding. We are ecstatic over the result! Brandon and Casey were professional, courteous, and offered helpful advice. I would recommend their services to anyone.

This place is a rip-off!! Tried discussing my issues with them and they said they had to speak to the owner and I never heard back. It's been several months now.
