For such a big place and someone who claims they have a lot of stock they had nothing that I needed in my time of need. If you're a student pilot probly good place to go if you're commercial pilot don't go cause they won't have anything you need!
Ordered a new POH for an upcoming checkride. They sent the wrong one. It happens. Then they expected me to pay for return shipping. Not good. They did end up having the POH picked up at their expense but it has been 3 weeks since the return and my money is still not refunded. Multiple emails are wasting more of my time. Next step is credit card dispute. I won't be doing business with these guys again.

Hi, I run a small business that relies on Aircraft Spruce. Unfortunately Aircraft Spruce might seem like family owned and ran, but that is not really the case. Unfortunately customer service is zip to non and finding answers to questions is about like talking to a wall. As in my case I have to rely on Aircraft Spruce not because I want to, but because they are the only company that carries a product that i have to manufacture products with. This product is my sole income that pays my bills and keeps the roof over my family. Stocking issues and getting time lines shouldnt be a problem. But for Aircraft Spruce that seems to be the norm. Excuse is all they have... Thank you very much, this kinda day make me sorry for supporting Aircraft Spruce for over 10 years. My Bad!
