Their bill says how convenient it is to pay online. Well, it isn't convenient at all. I was blocked out from my account, and when I call to pay online no one answers the phone. Their answer machine says they are open Mom-Fri 8-5pm well I called 8:30am on a Wednesday and no one answered the phone. Now they like to keep sending you the bill and put this is the final notice before sending you to collections. We'll make it possible to pay the bill then! There isn't a live help online, there isn't an email and the phone is useless. Send me to collections and I send you to court! Get your stuff and staff together and put some people working in this office answering the phone. I am not sending check via email because I do not trust someone will be there to receive it. I'm not sending it through mail. Make it convenient to your clients!!

I had 2 major surgeries at Luminis- AAMC - the most recent- 1 month ago-for a hiatal hernia repair. ALL staff and care was A++ - can't say enough good things about the care I received. Back - today on the elliptical trainer-working out and FEELING GREAT!! THANKS A MILLION!

BEWARE of this Hospital! Anne Arundel Medical Center has failed to comply with the Maryland Patient's Bill of Rights -- a law that went into effect Oct. 1, 2019. Half of the patient rights they post on their website are incorrect!! They have purposefully changed the language of the rights to alter the meaning and weaken consumer protection. As a patient, this is extremely alarming. If this hospital doesn't care enough about patients to provide them with correct information on their rights, as required by law, it should be avoided at all costs. Shame on AAMC!
