Very disappointed with Southside plumbing. No show no call when were to be here between 12-5. Plumber called at 545 stating would be here at 9am. No show no call. When called to cancel and say would not use their services again. The lady said thats fine. WTH

Bill did a great job in his analysis of the installation of a new faucet on our old 1900s kitchen sink with drain board. He was very patient in figuring out the problem and his perseverance made for a beautiful appearance as well as functionality of our old porcelain cast iron sink. Bill was nothing but professional and friendly in working through the difficulties involved. We have recommended Bill to many others who have always been completely satisfied. Called July 3rd and July 4th for emergency..NOBODY EVER CALLED !!! why advertise 24/7 if you are NOT.....this is WRONG !!
