Had a 5:30pm reservation for 6, 2 small children, 4 adults. Seated at 5:34, I complained at 7:11pm than our food was not out. The children were famished. I mentioned with my complaint that they need to prioritize small children and I am not sure they even heard me. By the time I returned to my table, our food was brought to us. The kids gobbled theirs down and 4 adults were as follows: 3 meals served cold, barely warm, 1 meal the fish was under cooked and the every thing else was as cold as the other 3 meals. They did offer to warm the food and cook the fish further but we declined. Frankly, at this point we were anxious to leave since the children were having a miserable time. The manager came over, apologized and gave us 25% off the entire bill. Just a message to management, I didn't arrive expecting 25% off and did expect good food and service. We have eaten at several SODEL group restaurants and have never been disappointed before. However, I would never visit this restaurant again and when going to other SODEL restaurants, should I go to other SODEL restaurants, I will ask before we are seated if we can expect at least the children's food in a reasonable period of time. Frankly, my 1 rating was generous.

I can't say it was all that. They didn't allow us to make reservations. We waited for 15 minutes before getting called. Turns out that was a false alarm and they still didn't clean the table. We waited for another 10 minutes and I came up to the hostess, who finally sat us down at a table. We were outdoors. It's pretty. It was a hot night. No breeze. A few fans below the ceiling, but none reached us. We were served warm water, I had to ask for ice. Muscles were really good. Mixed drinks OK. I couldn't feel any alcohol in mine, wonder if any was added at all. Most of the main courses were good, although somewhat hit or miss, e.g. steak was good but the salad it came with wasn't. Creme Brulee was very nice. Waitress was very nice. Oh, and there were mosquitos, biting my wife. So, a 3 star rating I think is warranted, given the mixed experience.

Good food and service. The decor/ambience was really nice. We sat outside and it was setup really cool. We did get attacked by mosquitoes outside.

Service was not good. Wife got glass of wine and my cocktail came 10 minutes later. Had to ask for bread. Food was good but service not good. A lot of confusion among staff
