If we were rating the quality of the couch we ordered it would be a 5. However we experienced a lot of miscommunication and poor customer service for the wrong configuration of the couch we ordered. Originally we came to Scandia because we had a specific couch and brand we wanted to purchase which they carried. We ordered a customer sleeper sofa which standard takes 14 weeks to deliver. When it arrived it was the wrong configuration and would not work in our room (October 2020). We were originally told we could keep the sofa until the new order came (in another 14ish weeks) or have a full refund. We had no furniture in our new space, so we chose the couch option. We were later told they don't do furniture loans, but if they did it has to be leather. After explaining further the wrong order was not our mistake and discussing for a couple weeks on and off, they agreed to loan 2 recliners instead which we were incredibly thankfully for. The second and correct sofa showed up in early April 2021, but was not delivered to our house until May 7th. There was a lot of lack of communication and delay from when it was delivered to the store to our house would be. We still aren't sure why there was a month delay from having the couch in the store to it being delivered to our home. Overall, I would highly recommend the Luonto brand to anyone, it's a great brand and well designed. Maybe consider your options on where you get the couch as customer service from Scandia was pretty stressful. If you do go here, I'd recommend getting everything you expect in writing and document your conversations.

Scandia has the most comfortable and well made furniture! It is certainly worth a trip. The team at Scandia were kind and also very knowledgeable about their product. I have purchased two separate chairs from them and am very happy with the products they sell. I purchased one 6 yrs ago (holding up great) and one more recently. A family member referred me over and he has a chair that he purchased 10 years ago that still looks great and is comfortable. Scandia maintains a low key, neighborly environment in their store and shopping was fun with no pressures or hassles. Support this small business, you wont regret it.
