It is honestly difficult to describe just how great it was to work with Sez and John. As first time homebuyers, we were both pretty intimidated by the process of taking on the San Diego real estate market. They are incredibly attentive (it never took him more than an hour to get back to me, including on weekends) and made themselves available if you just need to easy your mind. John and Sez are both grinders; their work ethic is significantly better than your average real estate agent.

John & Sez were extremely helpful during the process, and were a pleasure to work with. They always responded quickly when we had questions about locale, processes, home history and any other questions we came up with. I tried to sell my home myself in the San Diego Mission Village area. I had really fixed the home up and made it ready for sale, so I assumed that since it was in a nice area with a great home market that it would sell quickly. I had many open houses and advertised on the internet and the newspaper with no offers. The home was unique with a great location, super canyon views and a huge unique 5 level 1,600 foot deck. I assumed I could sell it myself quickly which was not the case. Sezgin called me one morning to talk about my home sale progress. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm, knowledge of the market and detailed marketing plan. I listed the home with him and was very pleased with his marketing plan and knowledge of the market including proper pricing of the home which we adjusted to fit the market. I let him handle all the details of the sale including the open houses and speaking to prospective buyers. This was critical since it seems that I was saying the wrong things to prospective buyers and killing possible sales. We continued to have open houses and aggressively advertise on the internet. With Sezgin as my agent, I started getting offers to buy the home and agreed upon a good price with a prospective offer. Sezgin helped with the pricing negotiations and continued to provide a positive upbeat attitude resulting in a great sale which was the highest price for a home sale in the market area. Sez is truly an expert in the industry - knowing exactly what to, why to do it, how to do it and when to do it. He promised to not just sell my property, but to sell it fast and to get top dollar. Selling one's property can be emotional and stressful, but working with Sez was awesome - he treated me like I was his only client and that my property was his own; it was a fantastic partnership.
