I am a new employee and it was very easy to learn how to use this software. At my previous place of employment it took almost two weeks of training to feel comfortable with the software they used. SwimWare was much more user friendly.

Really easy to use, easy to see....love the overall view of what your facility schedule should look like. Scheduling classes and events are so easy, booking them is so easy......And you can customize all your events. Definitely worth it!

I love this scheduling program! Training the employees on it is so much easier since we started using this program! The pool view that this program provides makes it easy for staff to schedule lessons for multiple children at the same time at a quick glance ! The staff love how with a click they can log in and see their schedule for multiple departments for the week, month or day! I have worked with many software programs previously working in the insurance industry and this is by far the best software program I have ever used and trained people on. Would recommend to any business working with any type of scheduling whether it be staff, clients or both.

My business has been using SwimWare for 3 years. Scheduling a student in a class takes just 2 clicks. A year ago, parent portals and on-line scheduling were added which has reduced our need for an additional scheduler. We had 28 sign-ups on a day that the business was closed! It is so intuitive that training takes less than 2 hours. Employee's love that they can see their schedule by logging-in on their phone. The software also generates useful reports such as class efficiency and accounts receivables. Great software for any company in the business of activities for children.
