Ms Dovovan it is disappointing to read that your experience was less than ideal. As you can imagine an older home will have various issues over the course of a year and we believe that we were timely with each of your requests. The quarterly inspection were done per your lease agreement and most tenant take advantage to communicate items that needs to be addressed. At the time of your move in you were provided a move in package that identified who you needed to speak with for service issues. I am sorry if you were reaching out to the wrong departments and we will use your feedback as a way to properly train the staff to forward calls to the correct departments. As for your privacy please note that all information that is provided to us is protected. The request for a copy of your SS card is a way to verity its accuracy prior to running credit. By omitting of your number on the application caused for us to have to request for the information afterwards. Our clients pay to ensure that we property screen tenants and providing you ssn is a very common practice with companies that do their due diligance. At the end of the day your experience was less than ideal and this was truly unfortunate. We appreciate your feedback and we will use it all as a way to improve out customers overall experience.

I had the worst rental experience of my life with this company. We lived on the property at E 10th St, and I wouldn't tell anyone to live there. The viewing was fine, but we realized later how much they hid by saying the electric wasn't turned on so they couldn't turn the lights on (when we moved out, they said we had to keep the electric on so they could show the house). In the application, they asked for my social security card. I had never had that, and didn't feel safe just sharing it on a website, so I didn't include it. They then made me email it to them, would not let me mail a copy or come to any physical location (which seemed very sketchy). They contacted all my previous living places and workplaces, and had multiple of them let me know after that they were apprehensive to answer the questions because they were so personal. I can't be sure that there is a correlation, but my credit card information was stolen multiple times while living here. I still regret emailing them my social security card. There were holes in so many places, letting bugs/termites/mice in. On the day of signing the lease, they let us know as we signed the lease they would need to come by 4 times a year to check to see if we had changed the air filter, that we had to buy. Setting up those viewings turned out to be impossible, and only one ended up happening, which was a huge waste of time. The closet in the main bedroom wasn't attached to any studs in the wall, so it fell out of the wall repeatedly, even with very little on it. Communication with them is nearly impossible. I got left on read on numerous occasions, and there is no physical building you can go to. Emailing was okay, but if you emailed the wrong person they would not tell you who to contact. Random people from the company texted me frequently, with no verification of who they were. They have no weekend or evening hours, so they were constantly asking to come when we were working during the day and could not adjust. Multiple times people from the company could not figure out how to even get in the house, or said we had to be home because they couldn't get a key. The garage has a widening crack and the floor of the house is uneven, making me think (but I am not sure) that the foundation is messed up. The house is so poorly insulated, which made utilities very expensive. They told me they switched the utilities over to them once we moved out, but lied about the day they did that and could not answer if they had been switched when I saw the bill went past when we moved out (until I got to the 3rd person who finally knew). It seemed nice to get a whole house and garage with a yard, but it turns out it's not well kept and really was a negative living experience. I'm sad to give a local woman owned business a one star review, but I researched and didn't see anything warning me when I was moving in a year ago. I can't speak for all properties, but I can speak for E 10th St and the poor interactions I had with nearly all people in the company.
