My fries were so limp and soggy. They gave my friend a dirty glass and it was so hot we were sweating through our clothes.

I ordered two french dips and fries. When the food got to me, it was cold and soggy. The french dips came with a 2oz ramekin that didn't even fit the sandwich, and the amount of au jus that fit in this ramekin was not even enough for half of the sandwich. The fries were over cooked and cold. And I ordered deviled eggs that were completely smashed together. The quality of this order was extremely disappointing and lazy. I over paid already for the sandwiches, I will not be back.

You guys are killing me with ONE unisex bathroom? I went there for lunch with my daughter....and while not super busy, the bathroom was occupied throughput our lunch. Yikes. Lunch was great, staff too, but I'm afraid this lack of simple accommodation is a deal breaker.
