At first they seemed friendly and trustworthy. But as a woman Im always skeptical about going to dealerships on my own. So after my first visit where everything seemed solid on the vehicle, I brought my husband back to verify the condition and price of the car before buying it. Luckily I did because he found several issues with it and called the dealers out on their lies and inflated price. And they wouldnt even lower the price or fix the vehicle after being confronted about the false advertising and issues. Edit: I did call that number and it turned out to be another fella, who actually also bought a car from you. We ended up talking a little bit about our cars and experience with you but the number was his personal cell number. Thats very unprofessional of you as a company to be giving out other customers info as your own to avoid accountability. You shouldnt be posting someones personal cell number online for any reason and especially not passing it off as your own. This just exemplifies how crummy you can be about business and towards your customers.

I give these guys negative stars I paid 13 thousand cash for a car that everything was supposed to be working and in great condition.Half the stuff isnt working and now the motor isnt running right.Dont trust these guys they sale trash probably even , roll back there odometers .

5-Stars! I bought my car here and there was no hassle, the prices are reasonable, the paperwork was done quickly, they did not waste my time, they were very friendly and offered fantastic customer service. The misunderstanding is totally understandable and we apologize that you feel that way. We are happy to know that overall this vehicle has been good to you but the misunderstanding is coming up during when your trying to sell this nice vehicle which you should have no problem selling. We also apologize for not having the paperwork to show you the engine was replaced which thankfully you were able to verify that information was correct and done properly. And also not having the paperwork it was hard for us to estimate how many miles were on the new engine.

When I went to buy a car from here the owner was very curious and friendly. I had my eye on a 2014 Forester with 124,xxx miles. He said the engine was just replaced and there were no problems. I specifically asked him how many miles were on the new engine and he told me 0. I took him at his word (my fault) and bought the car. When the service came up I took it to Subaru and they said the engine was replaced at 30k miles so there were actually closer to 90k miles on the "new" engine. Also I had to replace ALL FOUR struts. Fast forward to now and I am trying to sell my car. I called him and asked if he had some of the paper work for the engine replacement and at first he must have thought I was a different customer because he immediately got defensive and started telling me he never told me that and that some other part was replaced. Then he got mad at me for calling after hours even though I called the office phone listed on his business card. How was I supposed to know his office phone is also his home phone?? All in all I would have given him 2 stars (take 3 for lying to me) but the customer service after I bought the car was very unprofessional. Response to Silver Star: The misunderstanding was caused by you telling me the engine was brand new. I verified that the information you told me was in fact not correct and the engine was replaced much earlier in the cars life than what you had originally told me. If it was hard for you to estimate the number of miles on the "new" engine than don't tell me its a brand new engine with zero miles on it.
