This place is a joke and the worst print shop in northeast ohio ! The worst quality by far. Over priced . I was in your store in person and dealt with your terrible owner in person. 5 years apart. She still has the same terrible attitude, and she is not even that good at her job. This place is only capable of the simplest print jobs and even then the quality will be subpar compared to real print companies. Your reply just shows your arrogance.

Dropped flash drive off at 12 noon to get 10 vinyl stickers made. Job was needed finished same day Images were in jpeg format. I called back at 130 pm to check status. they didnt look at it yet. Called back at 345 pm to check status. Still didnt look at file. So mi stopped in at 4 pm. They said they could not use or convert a jpeg file to vector. I took the flash drive home and converted the file in 2 seconds with a free program found on google. Any professional print shop will have people that actually know how to do this. When I returned with the vector images I was then gave the run around about this and that now they were having problems with the machine. I asked the owner (Amy) if their vinyl plotter had a digital servo motor or a stepper motor because plotters with stepper motors will not cut small detail. She did not understand what I was asking and thought i was insulting her. She very rudely offered for me to just take my flash drive and go some where else which is what I did. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want poor service and even worse quality products when you do actually get something. And at the same time from the very start she told me her husband Mark was busy in the back and could not look at the file when he knew the program better than her but when I arrived he was not even there ( that was from the first status check and continued ) This business is like the rest of Ravenna. worthless.

This business is an all heart business. Good pricing and quality work. I have used them for many of the clubs and events I've been involved with. Employees are pleasant to work with.

I emailed them with a couple questions and they replied back with a rude response and didn't even answer my questions.
