It seems you requested the move of two large statues, which unfortunately our team did not feel comfortable moving with the current equipment we own. We would rather ensure the safety of your statues than make this sale. We did try and ring you about this issue but did not receive a call back. We are sorry that are services weren't the correct fit for your needs but hopefully we can make it up to you in the future.

I called black-tie moving over two weeks ago and spoke to a gentleman named Joshua. He asked me to email him some pictures of a couple of items that we considered heavy which we needed help with. We also requested a specific date for moving and he ignored it he could work us in. I never heard back. We ultimately found some friends to help us. Poor communication - not impressed.

I am genuinely surprised by the level of professionalism with our recent service. We scheduled Black Tie last minute, 2 days before our move and they were able to accommodate immediately. We were moving from a storage unit (2 side by side separate units at the same facility) in downtown Phoenix to our new construction in Chandler, AZ. The guys showed up on time and called about 45 minutes prior to their arrival just as expected. We were provided with 3 guys and one truck, which I felt was a deal at $160/hr. compared to my experience with other local companies we've used in the past. The morning started off great, they had emptied our 2 10x10 units in just over an hour and a half or a little under that. Unfortunately, the elevator at the storage facility broke down on the very last group of items they were moving. Somehow, the guy that got stuck in the elevator with our belongings was able to pry to door open a get out, but our items were stuck in the elevator until the elevator service company could come and reset the elevator. They went ahead and delivered/unloaded our things at our new house, very quickly and then let me know that they would go back to the storage facility and bring the last load AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Let me tell you, NO other moving service would do that. About an hour and a half later the storage facility called and let us know that the elevator opened and we could come get our remaining belongings. I called the main mover guy Arturo and let him know and he went and packed up the remaining items at the facility and brought them out to Chandler, again AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. These guys were fantastic and have told friends and family about them and will definitely use them again in the future. We appreciated how they handled the situation.
