I had a bad experience with this establishment. I am pretty sure that I was being racially profiled. With that said I did not appreciate it and wont be coming back. Additionally I will make sure all of my social media friends and family know of this.

I bought my wife a diamond and sapphire ring in Nov. 2020 and she never wore it once. Went to try to return it or sell it back (investment quality jewelry, right?) and they offered $500 against a $1400 purchase. Appalling. No apologies for it other than vendor wont take it back. No willingness to stand behind the purchase whatsoever. This was a modest purchase compared to other purchases there and still no offer of help. Run away. Never shopping here again!

No masks. I dont understand why such a well regarded establishment would not require their employees to wear masks. As a long time customer I will not be returning. Very uncomfortable when employees are right in your face.
