Jenny was great, and so was Dr. Jones, but "Aspen" was really rude and pulled one of those "like I said" attitudes with me. What was on the way to being the best experience was ruined by lousy customer service. Just edited it down to 1 star because Jenny made excuses for Aspen, claiming I misinterpreted the tone because it was via text. No, there were actual words said that were condescending and rude. There was no "tone" to misinterpret. Jesus, take some accountability.
I am very happy with Elevate Holistics! Very please with patient support provided to my by Jenni, Arly and other patient support staff. Dr. Miller has been great and patient support from him and his staff are very good. I am pleased to say that Elevate provides me with personalized care for my needs. Will be recommending to family and friends for their future needs.
