DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE ! TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY... My wife brought her Mitsubishi Highlander PHEV in for routine oil change, upon leaving Keith the service manager informed her that her back rear tire had a bubble in it, and it was nothing serious she could change it next time in. REALLY !!! The service manager let a customer leave the premises with a tire that had a golfball size bubble on the outside wall that could have blown out at anytime, My wife called back to speak to Keith and was promised a call back, when that never came she called and spoke to a manager who told her well if you get a flat locally no big deal, but if your on the highway somewhere thats not so great !!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME.. he promised a call back from Keith at 8 am today, at 8:19 since no call came I called and was promised a call back. Waited till 9 am no call, called asked for the manager of the who was too busy to come to the phone. I explained to the person who answered the phone that you might want to let him know that I was giving him an opportunity to explain, prior to posting a review on line, he was still too busy, as i was writing this review Keith called back and said he understands it was not acceptable and that they would replace the tire for free, he asked me what tire as he doesn't stock them, I told him that's great but I had the tire replaced yesterday at a cost of over 200.00 ,as it was a safety issue and I was not comfortable having my wife drive that car especially due to the fact that the Highlander doesn't have a spare, so instead of offering to give any credit in service going forward he basically was like ok bye.. given the fact Wantagh Mitsubishi is the same distance from our house as Pristine, it's doubtful I would return here as this was really handled poorly by everyone involved.

Drove 2.5 hours to see a car advertised for $29000. Called ahead of time to inquire about all fees we would encounter buying the car as we were prepared to leave with that car same day. We were told $2800 taxes and fees. So just under $32k out the door. We meet with sales rep and ask about power train warranty. We are told we can pay for a certification to be done and that would get us the power train warranty. Fee for that is 3k. Total cost now is 35k. We see Ryan next. He is a fast talker who then tells us the price is at 38k and the certification is not optional. He says he will not sell us the car without us agreeing to pay that fee, he will just sell the car to someone else. As we begin to ask questions as we are trying to wrap our heads around the idea that a car we were told was $32 out the door is now $38k Ryans tone becomes very aggressive and feels very angry. Ryan is why we walked out. As I now read these reviews I see we are not the only people who have experienced this same thing yet the dealership continues doing business the same so they clearly dont have an issue with this behavior. Why apologize to all the negative reviewers saying you are concerned that happened yet you continue to allow it??

This place racked up almost 5000$$ in hidden fees that are not mentions until signing and purchase agreement !!! They are extremely shady and unfair to their customers . Please avoid this place as they are unwilling to work with their customers and constantly will give you okie solutions and useless lies!
