If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was absolutely terrible. I moved in mid 2020 and it was abundantly evident that the ONLY thing that was cleaned was the carpets. The cabinets and bathroom floors were disgusting and I had to spend an entire day scrubbing to get the grime off. The water pressure was so bad when I moved in that it would sometimes just dribble out of the shower head. After over a month of trying to get them to resolve this and being told its because someone upstairs is using the water, they finally fixed it. I had to shower at a friends house for that first month because it was so bad. When the washing machine broke with my clothes in it, I called maintenance and they told me to call the number on the washer The MAINTENANCE STAFF told me to call someone else for a maintenance issue. In addition to the poor management, the apartments themselves are trash. You can hear everything from the other units, they leave the heat on through May so its unreasonably hot, its a dead zone for cell service, and there are mice (which management refused to acknowledge). The building should be condemned. I was truly shocked at how terrible it was to live there and I have deterred multiple people looking for housing in the area from renting from this company.
Theyre fine as long as you need absolutely nothing from them. If you do theyll beat around the bush about how they dont need to help you at all. They have two stars for a reason, just skip the nightmare of leasing from integral.

Enjoyed my experience here. Management was always very helpful and responsive to my questions. Never had any problems getting a hold of them either. Overall a very positive rental period!
Nishant, We stand behind our management company policies. As the residential lease states: repairs are made timely with no additional fees unless drains require removal of an obstruction or any damage resulting in misuse. An explanation of the maintenance service was provided to you at the time. There were minimal damages and charges when you and your roommates vacated that were explained on the Security Deposit Settlement per our standard procedure. It is unfortunate that you did not have a positive experience, we have noted your concerns within our company.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The apartment was ok but the management company is TERRIBLE. They will charge you for every small thing you need repaired.. our garbage disposal stopped working and they came in and fixed it. We saw a bill for it the next day even though we assumed malfunctions like that were covered in the lease. Also, they took out a significant portion of our security deposit for things they couldnt really prove. Even charged every resident who moved out of the shorewood property $75 because they used the trash area.. Im not kidding. Rent prices are fair but they will nickel and dime you at the end with your security deposit. For your own sake, find another property manager.
