I have been using the Vibration Machine at Design your Wellness Center for the last 6 months. I had no expectation at first, since I had never heard about it, but surprisingly it has helped me with the swelling on my feet. After the first month I saw a big improvement and my feet are not swollen as before. On top of that Ioana Grigore who is the owner of the center is one of the sweetest people I have met before, she always has a big smile on her face and makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend it, go try it:)

Ioana Grigore is the owner of Design Your Wellness Now. She offers nutritional supplements customized to your DNA and whole body vibration therapy sessions and/or sales of whole body vibration machines. Her passion is helping people have healthy bodies and happy minds and spirit. She is very knowledgeable in what some might call alternative therapies and has incredible intuition. Ioana also has analytical skills that meld well with her intuitive skills. I have been a customer since August 2012 and I was somewhat skeptical in the beginning. Since then I have seen so many changes in myself that I encourage everybody to meet her and see what is possible in their own life. The products and services are one aspect of her. The rest is there to be discovered.

The whole body vibration machine is amazing! My body is more toned then when I was 18! I feel very strong and agile. I sleep much better, my spider veins are fading and my double chin goes away! I look and feel younger. I can't wait to use it every day. I saw toning results in the first week. Also the customized nutrition helped me so much. I started using it almost 5 years a go and since then I experienced no more pain in my joints, less white hair, a sense a well being in general and is much easier to hike uphill now. It makes so much sense, is made for my body freshly every month, is very easy to use and it takes the guess work out off my nutritional regimen. Design Your Wellness Now made my life so much easier.

I am just beginning to get to know Ioana and her wonderful studio of wellness. I am seeing her to utilize the BARS Access Consciousness Sessions she is offering (yes, she still has everything else mentioned in her website as to services and more, too). My experience has been fantastic after just two sessions of BARS. I feel like the subconscious clutter is cleaned out after each session. It's like a spring cleaning and centering of the brain each session. I've noticed an uptick in productivity in many areas of my life, and better focus. I've also noticed my eating habits changing. This is huge! Instead of going for coffee, just as an example, I am reaching for green tea and it's an easy decision, not a tug of war to choose to eat healthier. I eat and crave more cruciferous salads than I have prior to the sessions, too! This tells me that I am really hearing what my body truly wants and going for this instead of junk.There are other changes as well that have more to do with the programming around money and abundance. I'm feeling so much more space to run my vibration more abundantly and positively than before. And, as I had a fear around large aggressive dogs, this has diminished and I'm much more calm. Which in turn helps my little dog. I'm hooked! :0)
