17 + years of illegal unprofessionalism I have taken them to small claims and prevailed over having homeowners cars towed from in front of our homes in designated parking spaces. They have since reversed this ruling but are now harassing homeowners on archectictual issues that are out of their jurisdiction

North Star Management - the kind of management which will solve no issues on behalf of the tenant. Sinks will remain unfixed for months at a time. Bulbs left burnt out and not replaced. Consistently poor nightly maintenance of restrooms; including refilling of toilet paper and paper towels. Pam Henderson is one of the least professional assistance I have had the displeasure of interacting with. Low-level professionalism - nonexistent customer care. There must be a component of Nepotism here. Avoiding working Northstar - your future self and bottom line will thank you.
