Myself and my husband did the online application and talked to "Byron" He claimed they could get us in a car and said he'd call back with the approval and the amount. Never got the call back then when I called he answered the phone"hello" like it was a personal number then said he just got in the office and that he was dealing with a personal matter and would call back in 15 mins...2 days went by, no call. Then I call and he answers by the "dealership" name, I hear a cellphone ring and he says please hold my call is important( his cellphone call) leaves me on hold for 10 mins before I hung up. I finally did talk to him after complaining to someone else who answered but it took me making several attempts. This all seems sketchy to me. I haven't been in Las Vegas long but I'm pretty damn sure this isn't how legit businesses operate family/friend owned or not. Went to Auto Nation and was treated with respect and honesty. I've read a lot of reviews and most are good but my experience wasn't. Just beware.

Don't trust this dealership at ALL. They are sketchy scheme artists trying to pull one over and get away with it. If you have purchased a vehicle from them check all your documents for hidden fees that that Eduardo will fail to go over with you.

I want to share this review because we need to support honest local businesses like this one. About a couple of months ago I went in to the dessert auto sales place and met an awesome sales person who directed me to Daniela who by the way was an outstanding person honest and direct who not only provided me with all of the right information and excellent customer service but , educated me as well ( my first time buying a car ) I like to thank Daniela and the rest of the staff for your patience. Any bank will have to repossesse the car if the payment is not made . For the issues with your car if you wouldve use your real name on the review we would be able to check for warranties since all of our cars have warranty , but you are probably another competitor leaving bad review!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM!!! In house financing is a SCAM!!! I put down $6,000 on a car that had internal issues already that they never disclosed!!! I called and told the owner I would be late on payment and they still repoed the vehicle, the owner then told me I had to pay the full balance of the car to get it back within 10 days!!! Spent over $8,000 to have the owner resell the car at an auction and get paid twice on the car I invested so much money into!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Martin is dishonest and money hungry!!! They need to be put out of business!!! Lawsuit is being filed
