It was both, Vacation & Business. I enjoyed the surroundings and peace. It's lots of things to enjoy in driving distance and on villa property's. I was checking out the area to possibly live, 1st it's a must to have a car, the area seemed layed back and friendly for the most part. It's clear it will be an up and coming area. Although I do plan to go back, hopefully. The villas are being updated and that's a good thing. The Villa we stayed in was out dated, we weren't very satisfied with that only because some things were in poor working condition, such as old sunken furniture, broken coffee pots,had 1 in the room when we arrived ask for a new 1 got another broke 1, washing machine didn't wash well. Beds were clean and free of bed bugs, but lots of webs and spiders inside that had me a little skeeved out. At the end of our trip we realized one of the bedroom walls were squishy... yes ,squishy Dangerously squishy! If I had of noticed this in the beginning I would have requested another room or not stayed at all. I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO A LONG DRAWN BATH IN THERE GIGANTIC BATH tub with water jets for message, but really couldn't relax after I cleaned it and got in It needs refacing, refinishing desperately.My intention is not to give a bad review, it was an ok stay, I just hope and pray that when I revisit any of there villas the rooms are in better shape then they placed me in. Everyone deserves a second chance ,and because I knew they would be trying to sell me something during our stay I was disappointed, we didn't get a better Villa, one would think they would have offered a better villa just because they are rentivating and have bin for a while In my opinion they would have made a better sale. I hope& pray they offer a better villa next time,. And I did let the staff know before leaving that there was Danger in the Villa we stayed in mainly because of the wall, hopefully the issue was Addressed properly. But the young lady didn't seem to concerned although I described in detail it needed immediate attention. Among other small details. I hope you guys put your total best foot forward next visit. So that I can give you 5 across the board. Thank you.

My partner and I did not like this place, it only seem amazing because of all the activities in the area. There was bugs crawling in every room. Bedroom bathroom living room. there was spiderwebs all over the room even over the bed head. Went to take a shower there goes a spider waiting. beds were uncomfy, the bathrooms look dirty and very very old. , there was mold on the wall in the bathroom, and all of the interior looked super old. the staff from the check- in was nice. So the next day I complained and they changed my room to a newly renovated room which would make sense to offer in the first place. The new room was nicer but still had to fight bugs on top of the family above sounding like they was wrestling and dragging furniture I understand its a vacation but it was a Tuesday why the kids not in school This was going on 6 am called the front desk they did nothing. We was to stay from Sunday night to Wednesday morning and left Tuesday morning I asked for a refund for the night we didnt stay and they wouldnt provide the money back. There was nothing peaceful about this trip. Best advise due to the activities around the villa stay somewhere else and drive over and also activities are not available on Tuesday and Thursday
