I asked for pet stain cleaning when I called and they gave me an estimated price. When they arrived here, they told me that they came for a professional cleaning (wich we did with other company 3-4 month ago, so of course, we didn't need it). I asked again for the stain cleaning and they said that it was much more expensive, so they just could do the professional cleaning. We just agreed to this because the guy who was helping us (he was very nice and polite all the time - don't remember his name) told us that he could help us after that with some cleaning products for an extra charge. We ended paying 220 or 240 dollars, for a carpet cleaning (already clean), and he promised us that it wouldn't be any bad smell or infection. Next day it was smelling so bad, and clearly looking almost the same that before. We called a couple of times and the owner who was very nice before, it sounded like he was really mad because of us complaining. We didn't received the treatment that we asked for, or at least our money back. So disappointed about the service and the company.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I booked this place nearly a month before moving out of my rental place, since they had previously serviced this address before and knew the location and size of the house. At the time of booking, I carefully explained that a Saturday was the only option for carpet cleaning. With only a few days' notice, he called to cancel stating that his tech doesn't work on Saturdays. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

I had a amazing time with Don! He was very professional and had a "what ever it takes / can do greatness attitude!" I have 2 dogs and 1 of them is old...and well you know...sometimes can't hold it. Well Don made my carpets look NEW! At least 5 more years to the carpet life!!! And, helped me be aware of really awesome ways that I could use ChemDry in my home on the regular!!...I would challenge anyone to take a look at what they've got for "clean" cleaning products and see what you could live longer using and what you could live without...or die trying... I can tell that ChemDry Seattle has an Amazing Team and wonderful management! Next time you are thinking about "Clean" Think ChemDry Seattle! ~Alex Wren

Gene helped remove a stubborn stain from our light-colored couch and cleaned our rug. He was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled, as was Kaitlyn, who booked our appointment. Since I have a toddler, I especially loved that Chemdry uses eco-friendly cleaning solutions. I would definitely recommend Chemdry Seattle and would happily use them again!

Scheduling was easy and Beth did an excellent job of communicating timing to fit our schedule. Don came out to clean one bedroom and the job just kept growing. I asked if he could do our leather furniture as well - they had not been cleaned well...ever, so they were in much need of some TLC. Our leather looks NEW! It has transformed our living room. The carpets were amazing - even some of the toughest stains came out. The service was quick and professional. I highly recommend Chem Dry and will most definitely be using them again in the future!
