FAKE REVIEW. This is not from a client of Blue Family Estate Sales but someone making false and libelous statements about us. Nothing written is substantiated with any proof. Additionally, if the commission percentage was changed, we have an executed contract with the agreed number--right? So sue us then. FAKE REVIEW.

UPDATE: To the response from the owner; I am a close family member that was there for all of the conversations and SAW everything that you were doing. You can call me a fake if you wish, but your potential clients deserve to know the truth of who they are working with. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! This company is CROOKED and scams their clients. We had hired them to help us do an estate sale, and they LIED about what they were selling, and taking longer than agreed upon because there was different pending sales when the sale time was clearly over (the pending sales were a fib). They stole many items from our sale and did NOT document or give us the correct percentage from the sale. They hid things in the house and stuffed away many different items to take for themselves. They are not compassionate or think in their clients best interest. ONLY WHAT WILL BENEFIT THEM/ MAKE THEM MONEY. Debbie was especially rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend these people AT ALL. There are way better companies out there, go to them.

Poor organization and customer service. Got to the sale an hour early so I could get what I came for. (50 mile trip) we got the stool and then the old lady with grey hair and glasses said we couldnt have it because it was part of a set. If it was part of a set why was it separately marked? Rude lady took it from me and ripped off the blue tape and say now it doesnt have a price. Then she ripped the blue tape on the buffet $950 and said that wasnt her price and she was in charge. If she was in charge why didnt she know the bench and buffet prices. She was just flat out rude. I thought Jennifer Beegle was rude, but I think Blue Estate takes the #1 in rudeness and lack of caring. Dont use them. Use a company that uses an auction like hibid. People compete for items and they get more for their clients. I went to another sale the same day and told them about Blue Family and they just laughed. Obviously, I was not in the know of how poorly they treat customers. Dont use people who are rude and dishonest.
I Michelle Norwood called and hired This company to liqidate parents estate. This is a great estate sale company Ask for Tonya she was very professional,knowledgeable,reliable, on time She did a great job! We were very pleased with this company.
This ignominious review is from a person who is angry that failed to get an item they wanted. They called just as the sale open [where we had 150 people in line and with dozens wanting to check out], so it was extremely busy. This reviewer wanted information about the item [which already sold days prior] and I had to deal with paying customers. We respect each and every customer--but to talk on the phone about an item already sold to the detriment of paying customers is otiose.

Incredibly rude and abrupt over the phone when I called to inquire about an item, it felt like I was dealing with someone from New York who has no sense of southern hospitality. This interaction completely turned me off from ever dealing with any estate sales by this company ever again, especially knowing it was the owner who picked up and not some teenager with no sense of professionalism.
