Neat place but never called my name. Entire party got their meals and ate but mine was still not ready. Went and asked and they admitted to assuming mine was a takeout order and didnt care that I had been sitting there food less for an hour.

I went in with a buddy for some drinks. He got poutine fries that actually looked amazing. I'm giving it 3 stars purely on the vibe. It's like an adult cafeteria. You wait in a line to order your drink and then wait on the side and they announce your name to come get your drink..it was a little weird..beer was cold though, just don't know if it's the place for me.

Thanks for giving us a try! Thank you for supporting our small business and trying our offerings....totally understand if modified service is not your jam. We do get very busy on weekends and evenings, because despite your not liking our beer, cocktails, wine, pizzas, salads, wings a lot of our amazing community does. For that cheers to everyone who continues to support us and does like one of the 15 different styles we currently make on tap and the other 9 styles from various other breweries and cideries. We were looking for a South Reno brewery and this was it other than BJs. It is fast food type service type place so full service brewery prices including gratuities, yet inferior beer. The front outdoor seating is nice with a brick wall barrier. The place is busy, guessing because no other breweries in this area. South Reno needs a good brewery, this is not it.
