Worst customer service ever. Two times I had to come to look for my metrocard. They are lazy people here. The guy at window 7 wasnt even paying attention to me he was on the phone doing his own personal call.
This place social distance and you have to make an appointment to be seen. I have seen them let people go without making appointment. However as the day went on they started to enforce the rules to some degree. I made an appointment and my mom got her card the same day. It did not take long. If you could print out the application and fill it out before going it will save time. They take pictures at the place and the staff is nice.
Very bad inside dirty. Makes yoy not wanna even ride those 4,5,6 lines...
