Went here for brunch a few weeks ago. The eggs Benedict was average. The burger was better but overall not worth it - service was nonexistent. I had to get the waiters attention each time. Slightly above average food for terrible service and too much money
I called in advance and asked if I can bring my dog to the restaurant. They said yes. I asked once again at the front if I can come in with my dog and they said yes. Later, a manager came and said they dont allow dogs inside and its the California Law. He added he understands how it can be confusing since the hotel lets in dogs as if we hadnt asked the staff. He told us we can eat in the lobby and left. Understandable but no one redirected us to where we can sit in the lobby. We werent really given an option to cancel our order even though I shared with the front lobby Im not sure if I want to stay and eat at the lobby. Staff was nice but Im pretty unhappy how the manager seemed very unapologetic and we had to eat right by the hotel door instead of being given the option to cancel and leave.
The food was very good I did take pictures of it which I'm not posting but you could see them all over the internet. It is a hotel restaurant we felt the food was good but very overpriced
Over priced not great service out of stuff on the menu and the current reviews are kind of misleading
