Ive been a customer for years sadly I wont be returning they make up price and my wait time was 4 hours. The quality of service has went downhill I wont be surprised to see them out of business soon.

Ive been coming here before covid. I must say things have really changed. Always made an appointment with the same person. Ive always been on time. I cant understand how a 1:30pm appointment for a simple wash,set and blow. And didnt leave until 5:15. My hair isnt long I have never experienced customer like this. I sat patiently watching other customers come and go while Im still sitting. For a Thursday afternoon the customer service I received was unexpected. I walk out I will never go back to this salon Yosec I wont be returning nor will I ever return to this place all though its very convenient for my neighborhood Id rather go else were, PS 5:15pm my hair was still not completed.

I love the service and they wash my hair to squeaky clean ! Funny thing is no one knew I was Dominican and was treated with respect. After one of the washer struggled to communicate I spoke to her in Spanish .I very confused over the racist comments bit however respect others opinions . But I do recommend this salon

The barbers there charge too much for a corye of hair and they are inexperienced, it is disgusting to be in place, it is unhygienic. The sign said 20 for a regular rate and I ended up paying 35
