Hi Judy I have just seen your review which indicates your dissatisfaction. This is terrible news! I did not receive a message from you I would have responded immediately if I had done. We do have a refund policy if at anytime a customer is unhappy with their service (I must admit this is not common). So please feel free to contact me regarding this! An unfair hourly rate charging system. My daughter waited for several minutes before hair wash and inbetween till re-locking was done. She was charged from time of appointment till finish regardless of waiting time. (70 for locking an 8year old new growth) Sent Sophie a message about this, she ignored me. Generally, staff are nice especially the lock specialist. she is tolerant polite and fun..
What a lovely experience I had at this Salon last week. Sophia and her staff were all so nice and Sophia did a great job of my wash, cut and blow-dry and really went the extra mile finishing it with straighteners. Thank you so much - will definitely be revisiting in the future.
