Our hours online were adjusted and were not consistent with the information permanently fixed on the doors, my sincere apologies. We had to adjust the hours due to the lack of team members out for personal reasons, and we also closed up to deep clean the shop due to the spike of the new Covid variant. Barber never showed up and times on google are wrong! Not coming back
I drove my autistic niece to this business because it says walk-ins. We had to park in the back and when I went upstairs with my niece they looked at her and looked at me. There was one customer in a chair and at least three other people visually not doing anything. When I talked about the walk-ins they seemed like they knew what I was talking about and said everything was appointment only. There was only one person in a chair. And my niece probably only needed maybe a 10 minute haircut. I'm also trying to educate her on black owned businesses which I believed this was. Like most of the ones that I've visited from the HEB pamphlet with her and her brother. Since she is isolated to home and school because her family doesn't treat her like a normal person. We drove 25 miles for walk in there wasn't available after calling many other ones that I knew of that all said that they can't handle short African American hair. There was less than cold customer service. Very disappointing. My niece rips her hair out because of her autism and I just wanted to do something nice for her since her family doesn't do it.
Real friendly service. Every time I come here Ive never been disappointed with a cut. Ive been here multiple times and I love what they do, theyre amazing!

We have been searching for a barbershop for months. Something that was fair priced but had the service to match. Then we googled and found Kings Barber and Beauty. Now this is a commute for us but let me tell you it is worth every mile. Think original barbershop vibes with a modern look. Friendly staff, professional cuts, kid friendly, up on the times, intellectual conversation, jokes, laughter, and you feel you belong. The vibes and the cut make it a one stop shop. Shoutout to AJ and Jelani! Excellent t business Kings!
Thank you for your feedback Jasmine, we truly appreciate it and you. We are still taking the proper precautions due to Covid-19 and it has slowed down our operations some. Its is a old custom for us to clean after each client, now we take extra time to clean and disinfect more thoroughly. I apologize for your experience, I will ensure that we communicate our processes to our clients when we hit our peak times.

They do a great job cutting but I dont understand how you can be getting a simple cut with your appointment at noon and not get in the chair until 1. They need to do a better job scheduling and leave less open times to schedule.
