Very unprofessional and rude. Called to see if he was open Christmas Day because I needed a quick tailor job on a tux for a wedding in 2 days, he responded with its Christmas Day what do you think. One would assume that if a store is answering their phone they would be open. Regardless, that is no way to speak to customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere and would suggest the same to anyone else.
