Words can't express how I feel about this organization. It doesn't even have an ounce of professionalism. The CEO and COO are very deceitful and ruse individuals. They lack character and trust. Please don't send your kids to this trap house or donate money. It is a shame how they treat there employees. How the treat their employees just filters down to the kids. Students don't have consistent help or support. They have 100% employee turnover rate rather than a 100% graduation rate. They are preparing the kids to stand out in a negative way. The CEO and COO needs to the removed and replaced immediately. I'm calling for their resignations. Qaadirah Abdur-Rahim, the CEO of Future Foundation Inc., needs to be replaced as Chief Executive Officer by someone with vision, sound judgment, and execution that would much more aptly suit a organization of this caliber. Ms. Abdur-Rahim lacks the qualities necessary to facilitate growth of the organization,vision for new programming, and for execution of bringing Federal grant petitions to life compliantly. As a pioneer and champion for education this is harming all of us and the students we serve. It is a leaders role to LEAD his or her organization with clear vision and accomplish the goals set out by the board through the strategic plan. Ms. Adbur-Rahim just doesnt seem to get this concept. To be truly successful, the organization, the employees, the parents and students must ALL win. The instability of staff and high turnover rate as reflected by the gaping hole in programming have grown within Future Foundation, not to mention how it can plainly be seen in the vague lack of enthusiasm and low moral youll gauge in talking with current and past employees. Those of us who have been around for years, supporting and sustaining Future Foundation from its core out are very sadden by this. It is time for a new leader for Future Foundation. Please make Future Foundation great again for the students they serve.

Future Foundation is a full experience for the children in the community. Academic and homework help paired with enrichment activities for example cooking, PE, yoga, financial literacy, SEL, Art, music, drums etc Not to mention field trips and summer camp. Im a witness of the positive impact Future Foundation has on the students enrolled.

All these post are fake. Ms. Quederra never spoke to us or help us now she is reaching out to parents and students to make fake reviews. She was never at FF. Ms. Quederra never help me or my academic career. I received more help through JA. It's disappointing she has to reach out to former students for fake and fabricated reviews.
