First of all, they do not follow up to ensure everything works correctly and they dont walk you through your new appliances, so youll have to figure everything out - which is fine, but a little disappointing given the large investment. I would recommend that they implement follow up calls. Secondly, we had our microwave and coffee maker installed over 3 weeks ago. They apparently ordered the incorrect trim kit for the microwave and they installed the wrong trim kit for the coffee maker. Finally, they asked if they could come 9am on Friday, we said yes, then did not hear from them until almost 4pm, at which point we had given up and were no longer home. We have still not heard from the office to attempt to reschedule. I would recommend improved communication between the field and office employees. I will say, Brandon Kahl is a gem and the only one who seems to understand the importance of customer service. He goes above and beyond, but does not have a good team behind him to drive the experience home.

The sales people are very stand-off-ish and no one wears a mask. Just something to keep in mind.
K&N Team is Top Notch We live in a 3 story townhome with the living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor and the laundry on the 3rd floor. Removing our old refrigerator and washer and dryer and then installing our new appliances is no easy task but the team that K&N sent over really did an outstanding job. The team was professional, pleasant even with the huge task ahead. They made sure there was time to clean the area before they installed the new ones. There was absolutely no damage to any of our walls, wood stairs or wood floors. Our whole experience with K&N from the purchase (thanks Kelsey) to the installation reinforced that out decision to use K&N was the best one we could make. A special shout out to John, Joe and Jason.
Rude service at the front desk. ALL customers should be greeted in a welcoming manner. That is not what I received.
