My experience at Ozier Apparel was horrible. I was told by John Bridges that it was going to be done by the 13th and I walked in there and it wasn't ready. He had got an attitude with me when I said you said it would be ready by the 13th he replied Okay? I don't know who told you that?. when he did. Even though my shirt came out fine 40 minutes later because I had to wait for it, customer service is key to a great business . and this business fails at that!

I had phenomenal quality and customer experience with Ozier from early 2019 until summer of 2020. Unfortunately I have had several horrible experiences since then and have finally learned my lesson to end our partnership. Our more recent orders have been under delivered on timing and quality. I have had multiple defective orders where they are refusing to now replace or provide any sort of refund. The vinyl printing is peeling off the shirts which my team has paid very good money for and I now need to pay out of my own pocket to refund my team members. The response timing for customer service has extremely changed with the change of staff across the past year. I highly no longer recommend this unprofessional company until any further changes have been made to their team. I am very disappointed to lose such a previously solid partner as my vendor.

Great experience! We recently had our company logo embroidered on shirts and ordered a few dozen screen printed shirts for our employees. Laura was helpful and so professional. My search is over for quality screen printing and embroidery in the West GA area! We have used several local shops in the past years that have not worked out due to quality. Thanks again! All Pro Painting will be a repeat customer!

The 2 star review is obviously mistaken. Ozier Apparel is by far an amazing company. Our band won't be able to function without them! The company is an amazing contributor to the community and I am extremely pleased to have them in Carrollton. Love you guys!

Paid almost $800 for about 30 shirts and the logos were crooked and the names had jagged edges and were not clean. When I brought them back the manager or owner just kinda laughed and said thats the problem very condescending. Laura was great but unfortunately paying that price to have it look wack and then just brushed off they get 1 star
