FAKE! FAKE review. FAKE client. I have NEVER represented this imposter. In fact, a check of mycase online case management system proves that I have never have represented this person. Also, this person has zero other reviews on Google, he/she fails to mention details such as type of case, county case was in. Why? IT IS FAKE. To top it off: for someone to claim I worked against my own client with the State demonstrates this person doesnt even know me. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am EXTREMELY aggressive for my own clients. Whoever posted this will be lucky if i dont discover their identity from the server and take appropriate legal action.

Not satisfied at all with my representation of Bryan Cook. He was unprofessional and did not treat me like I was important. It felt like he was working with the prosecution NOT in our defense. I do NOT recommend and really should have been refunded money.

I was charged with felony F6 criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and Possession of marijuana as a class a misdemeanor. The Speedway Police Department went way overboard arresting me, and the citizen who reported me and others was out of line. Lawyer Bryan L. Cook came into the case and quickly filed a motion to dismiss the vague firearm charge. The judge made the Marion County Prosecutors office be more specific. Cook pinned down the cops and the civilian accuser at depositions where he took their taped statements. A Deputy prosecutor finally came to his senses and dismissed the firearm count a few days before a jury because Cook made it legally impossible for the State to win. Cook then, without agreement from the State, obtained conditional discharge on the marijuana case which resulted in complete dismissal. Cook always showed up to court on time or even early, he spoke up to the judge and repeatedly gave the deputy prosecutors a hard time about the case every time our case got called. He promptly told me about any changes in court dates, and explained what his legal wrangling meant to me and my case. When he spoke in court, everyone stopped and listened. He made it entertaining but also almost educational and for sure informative. He is the BEST lawyer on the planet!

I would highly recommend Bryan Cook to anyone I know. I was facing a felony OWI in Hamilton county recently and he put more effort in to my case then I could ever ask for. He is very knowledgeable and researched every detail of my case which in turn was completely dismissed. I strongly knew he was determined from start to finish making such a tough situation the best he could for me. If you are seeking someone well worth the money he is the perfect attorney for the job!

I served my State as a Indiana State Trooper for twenty-seven years. I was elected twice as Sheriff of my county. Shortly after leaving office, I was investigated by the new Sheriff, State Police, and State Board of Accounts for inappropriate criminal allegations involving misconduct and theft from my former position as Sheriff. I was shocked and humiliated by the press and my former career, law enforcement. I obtained the services of Attorney Bryan Cook, a long time friend. Mr. Cook fought like a pit-bull for five years, the length of time this case took to come to a jury eventually. He never gave up on me or the truth. I was forced to set during a three day jury trial as a ex-police officer. The Special Prosecutor tried to wreck my life, accomplishments, and legacy as a dedicated Trooper and Sheriff. Bryan went up against them with a legal sledge-hammer, and we totally Won, NOT GUILTY on all counts. Even the jury members told me later, what a shame they put you and your wife through all these years. I can't think of a better lawyer in the entire State of Indiana, than Mr. Bryan L. Cook.
