We are sorry there was a misunderstanding with the technician. Usually glass is not a covered item on your extended warranty I do see however the extended warranty company is working with you on a replacement for your range.

The technician they sent out, Efrain, suggested we go dumpster diving behind lowes to get repair parts for our stove. That was real nice.

I am the owner of a nine month old Frigidaire refrigerator which I purchased out of Lowe's. It comes with a warranty which I purchased. The refrigerator quit working so I notified my Lowe's account people who were pretty quick to schedule this company to come out. After waiting 3 days for the company to call me they called and scheduled for 6 days out. The technician showed up verified what I told him that the compressor wasn't working. And he scheduled me again for today which was 10 days out from the original appointment because they were waiting on parts. Today they were scheduled to be here between the hours of 12:00 and 3:00 .12:00 rolled around we had a no call no show so we contacted the company who then said no we're not coming today we're waiting on a part and it won't be here for 15 more days. Mind you this is a fridge we are talking about which holds a households food at a proper temperature. After more than a couple weeks they've still not worked on it. And now here I am waiting another two weeks before they maybe show up maybe call to tell me they're still waiting on a part. Not how business is done not in America at least. Very very hard to reach a manager Steven to express my concerns. Milan the secretary was not helpful either. She assured me that the paper I signed saying the man was here the first time and that he was coming back the second time on this day didn't exist however I have an email receipt for proof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Even though they are paid through my insurance they still do not want to work or do the work assigned to them the work that they're paid to do

Mr. Landseadel, When your interaction with our office became argumentative and you made disparaging remarks concerning our company we thought it best to refer you back to your warranty provider to dispatch another servicer. We offered to reschedule 8 days later which you refused and stated you had no blame in this and it was all our fault. When you called back to argue we repeated that we were referring you back to the warranty provider you continued to argue with our office staff at which time we requested you not contact our company again.

After 2 months of waiting, they missed their time frame window for service. Blamed me for not answering my phone after the service window, even though I called back with in 2 minutes. I waited all day. They didn't notify me of my window the day of service I had to call in to get it myself. When calling to reschedule they wanted to push me back almost 2 more weeks. The manager hung up on me and when I called back transferred me to someone who did not state their position, who just yelled at me, and refused service with out stating a reason for doing so.
