Rude and childish shop assistants who don't know the products. One young girl even pulled a rude face at me!! I'd travelled from Oxford hoping to find a wide range to choose from but was sadly disappointed. Left the shop feel quite violated by their attitude. Won't be returning, would not recommend to anyone. Get your Jack Wolfskin elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, staff members called Teagan and Alex were particularly helpful and friendly. Staff has great product knowledge and is very attentive to customers. I found exactly what I needed (trekking shoes) and staff offered great complimentary shoe care products. I will definitely come back here.
