Terrible experience. This lawyer is very un professional in follow ups and can ruin ur immigration case. Hes very cheap but I advise people to stay away. Its better pay more and get some professional law firm. Its peace of mind.

I do not consider any remark from an individual who does not have the guts to write a review under his/her real name to be a yardstick of measuring my ability to serve people who instill their trust in my services. I don't think you really care about your time and money because if you would, you wouldn't be wasting your time in writing false reviews using fake ids; you would instead be addressing your grievances in a proper manner. Aditya was very helpful in making a home purchase process very smooth and easy. He even helped us with early closing as we wanted to move-in early than the contract date. They worked diligently to have a smooth closing. Although we have hired only for home buying, when we approached him for another friend who had some family emergency situation, he offered free service. He is a great professional but with humanity. I'm planning to continue to work with him next for immigration service. Will post my next review after next service too!!!

I acknowledge this individual to have been my client. The fee that was charged was not just to fill out an immigration form; it was charged for the time that had to be spent in doing proper research and preparing a comprehensive package for submission. This work was done and Mr. Chandra has signed and approved this petition when it was submitted. What Mr. Chandra doesnt disclose is that subsequent to the submission of this petition, he made continuous misrepresentations in his case and when I refused to submit information to USCIS that was not true, he fired me. I didnt spoil his case; I in fact made sure no misrepresentation is being made to USCIS. If he thinks that I have spoiled his case, he should give me written permission to publish his entire file on google including all email exchanges. That will prove who and what spoiled his case. As a lawyer who does not compromise with making truthful representation to USCIS, I cannot simply follow my clients wishes especially when I am being told that he wants to make a false representation to the Government.

Aditya Surti is fully greedy man. Just to fill my asylum application documents he charged me $2500. He did not give any advice until he received my money. And finally he did not do the need full job for my application and spoiled my case. He took my money and on top of it spoiled my things. And I would suggest anybody just dont pay anything to him and just gather the information what he cad do for your case. Then select the lawyer according to ur case.
