Hardly even glanced at my hair or picture before he started chopping, and then tries to argue with me about how long my hair was when I walked in. I cant believe it. Utterly incompetent. Dont believe the 5 star reviews. Worst haircut of my life. They didnt even offer to comp their blatant mistake. You know why there aren't more negative reviews here? Because after he's been arrogant and didn't offer any way to make amends, he tries to buy you out of taking your review down. What a way to run a business.

We were in New York for our anniversary, due to a very crazy and busy lifestyle I was unable to get my hair cut before leaving. I did some searching and came across David's. Very happy I found them and took a chance. Very professional, good attitude and a great experience. Very pleased with the new cut and style. I highly recommend David's and will visit again when traveling to the city. Thanks!

These guys know what they're doing. I usually get a cut from David himself, and I always walk away satisfied.

I went here once before and the woman who cut my hair did a fantastic job. I paid with card and was upset to be told I couldnt tip her through the card machine. I apologized and expressed my gratitude, then left. I came back the second time hoping for a similar experience. What I got instead was a sub-par haircut by someone who was doing things to my hair without asking me first. When I went to pay, David himself told me there was a card fee. Funny how there wasnt one the first time. I was also able to tip through the machine this time. I was glad to be able to tip, but on top of the card fee was just annoying. I dont appreciate being extorted. Go somewhere else.
