We ordered transfers, paid Versatrans for overnight shipping. A week after they were scheduled to be delivered and they are not here. Versatrans refused to help find the package and refused to replace the transfers. When they finally offered to replace, after 4 phone calls and numerous emails, they said it would be a four day turnaround to make them. This same scenario has occurred on multiple occasions. Avoid them as a supplier, you will be very disappointed. Updated: the service and quality from this company has been worse than ever. Multiple wrong orders and late deliveries. They refuse to refund costs for missed overnight delivery. I am filing complaints with the MI department of consumer protection and the BBB due to this companies unethical business practices.

Customer service SUCKS I paid to have a job vectorized I admit it was my fault I didn't send it in a vector format so I paid them $25.00 to do it so now that I want the file they want another $20.00 to email me a file
Versatrans is a good company It has help me transition from depending on screen printers to doing it all on my own. Always receive packages on time. The only downside is i wish there would be more deals or incentive for customers that spend a certain amount quarterly or annually. Other than that,good company -Dream Big Or Live Small
