If you were unhappy with your cut, we would have loved to have known about it right away in order to have the opportunity to rectify it. Absolutely worst haircut I have ever received. I asked for an extremely simple cut, which wasn't done at all. When I left my hair looked like it hadn't been cut and the ends were still dead. The only thing that looked cut were my side bangs, which were way shorter than I asked for. Not only was the cut TERRIBLE, it was also incredibly expensive. I could have gotten a cut for a quarter of the price somewhere else and it would have undoubtedly looked a million times better. The staff was nice, but was apparently never trained to cut hair. I will never go back here again and suggest that no one else does either.

Rian has been cutting (styling) my hair for several years. I always enjoy going to the salon. Rian and his staff are very friendly and professional. I know I am in good hands there. You know things are going well when the time seems to go by quickly and for me it always does.

...Been going here for several years now, but am especially happy to see how careful they have been during this Covid situation. I feel like some businesses get a little sloppy, but Ryan John has taken this all very seriously!! Absolutely one of the best places in Connecticut for all of your needs. I have been seeing Brandon for multiple years now, and have never been disappointed. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody that is looking to get a haircut, or any other service.
