Very bad, very crowded, very small, very loud noise at night. Insufficient maintenance staff, can't make change for laundry for a few days. bad experience

At the time of booking I did not have access to stable internet so calling was my only option. I needed a place to park the rv for just a few hours during the night. The person told me my total was $130 (normally $120 but there's an extra $10 holiday fee) but did NOT mention the extra passenger fee at all despite knowing the amount of people I had. When I arrived, I was greeted with an extra $50 fee which caused my one night stay to cost nearly $200. Although the fee is mentioned on the website, I had no internet access at the time of booking (so I didn't know) and had called Liberty RV multiple times - not once was this fee mentioned prior to me stepping on-site to check in. I never got a confirmation email either, even after I asked them to repeat the email so I made sure it was correct. When I asked the security guard, he simply told me the person was "new" and that regardless it was already charged and non-refundable. Great location, but there are fees up the wall. I never write bad reviews and the people were generally nice but unfortunately didn't have a good experience with booking

It was perfect for us. Really basic parking spot for our RV, with clean bathrooms and decent wifi. Super close to the PATH subway and Ferry into Manhattan.

Urban, expensive campground (a parking lot) but what a location! We could see the from our camper. The bathrooms were ok but not air conditioned.

Definitely not smoke free, guests are smoking anywhere. Toilets and showers arent very clean. Wifi unreliable. For us is was not working one of the first two days. Personnel doesnt give much about it as they say they dont know how to fix it. Close to public transport to Manhattan but thats it.
