Just so everyone knows, they cannot require that you have a 90 day update done in order to use the food bank. They require the 90 day updates so they can fraudulently submit claims to the government claiming they are your medical case manager. They do NOTHING as far as helping to coordinate medical care and know NOTHING about medical care but collect about $1,000,000 a year for Medical Case Management from the government. Wouldn't you like to collect a MILLION dollars a year for something you don't do? This place is a complete sham and offers barely any of the services they claim. There are no set procedures or policies and the rules constantly change so that you are pretty much never able to qualify for any help. Not only are they stealing from every taxpayer out there through the fraudulent medical case management claims, they don't offer the services for to the people that really need them. Everyone that has ever been denied access to the food bank because you have not completed an update, file a complaint with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. They cannot require that you use them for medical case management and if they bill for it, you cannot receive Medical Case Management from an organization that actually does it. If you have been denied any other services funded by Ryan White Funds, file a complaint with HRSA and the State Attorney General. If you have been denied housing services or told they don't offer anything other than rent assistance, file a complaint with Allegheny County HUD and Federal HUD and tell them it's about HOWPA funds Something needs to be done in order to get this corrupt charity back on the right track. Everything above is my opinion based on my experiences over the past 7 years.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr. Mcbeth did nothing and billed me $96.73. They lost the urine sample on top of this, so i had to go back in to redo the test. Terrible experience and no one answers the phone either lol ill go to mcdonalds next time for my urine test
