Good morning Ms. Rodriguez. We apologize for your disappointment but we always tell our customers when scheduling our consultation to please confirm our meetings 24 hours beforehand. We did not only call you from our office the day before but our designer personally called as well before the scheduled time of the meeting without success. Unfortunately we do not send our consultants unless we have made sure the home owner will meet him or her at the job site. As a business objective we always take the opportunity our clients give us to engage sharing design ideas and providing an estimate for the home project. We will be happy to assist you re-scheduling our meeting if you're still interested in our services. If not we kindly ask you to please reconsider this rating or remove it if possible. Thanks.

I made an appointment with this company and scheduled my entire week around it. The day before the appointment they called but left NO VOICEMAILS as to what the call was in regards to. Once I became available to call them back that same day, no one answered and I proceeded to leave them a voicemail. The next morning, as I am 10 minutes from the meeting location with my designer, *I CALL THEM* again to find out if everything was still set for the meeting, only to be told - by very unprofessional staff, by the way - that the meeting was canceled because I wasnt able to answer the phone at the time they called the previous day. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, never experienced this with a vendor before.

Very good design idea but the installation was horrible. I have been issues with a simple drawers installation since Dec ...locker don't work, drawers don't close.
