Terrible service. Sent wrong item- hour on the phone and now I have to run the microwave across town to send back- and wait for a 2nd try. "I am sorry ....." is all you get. Will never buy Panasonic again. I get mistakes happen- but terrible service - no excuse.
THis is the most consumer unfriendly company I have ever dealt with. The phone I received as a present for Christmas always mutes conversations and disconnects outgoing calls made in dial mode tone. You have to pay to get any help on their web site and their customer service phone is only operational the same hours I (and most people) work, 9 to 5. I am telling EVERYONE not to buy their products!!!
I purchased a vacuum in August. The hose was loose, and there was an attachment that did not work. I brought it into a Panasonic-authorized-repair shop (per Panasonic's instruction) in September. It is December 11th and I have no vacuum and no refund. Each time I try to call the Panasonic Field Services Rep. (in Virginia), I can get no new information. Today I tried calling her three times, but each time I told her who I was and what I was calling about, she HUNG UP ON ME!!! THREE MONTHS AND NO VACUUM AND NO REFUND!!!!
