Hi imcool711, Thank you for your feedback. I understand you ordered a pizza from us that was not to your liking. I'm sorry about that. Quad cities style pizza is a unique kind of pie, and sometimes isn't for everyone's palette. Did you feel the sauce was bland or the ingredients that were on the pizza? I will address the issue of you feeling there was too much cheese on the pizza. We do offer an option for light cheese. If you think the pizza is not for you, we also offer signature salads, and have over 70 menu options if you want to build your own. Great neighborhood spot for some Quad Cities style pizza (check out their mozzarella sticks too). Staff was friendly and engaging. We sat on their outdoor patio, its dog friendly!

Our pizza dough does contain a malt syrup which gives it a bit of a nutty and semi sweet flavor. It is one of the unique characteristics that makes up Quad City style pizza.
