I talked with Sergio, and the whole interaction was off putting. He didnt try to help at all. He didnt try to offer to show me other vehicles. He was just very un welcoming in general. I will not be going back! Ive even had a bad experience with this dealership in the past. But I was willing to give them another try. I regret even stepping foot in there!

We have had the best experience with Jeremy in the used car department at Moritz. He made sure we were taken care of. From just starting to look all the way to finance and then even after we were home he contacted us to make sure everything was going well with the car. He is very easy to work with. $0 down, 2020 Kia Sorento and get this I was told one price and finished financing and they told me it would be $100 less a month..... I damn near kissed Miguel in Financing. I called Jeremy told him what I was wanting to do after he told me about 20 of the vehicles I wanted were sold I said you know what I am just going to come in, he told me what to bring, Dave explained everything to me, told me his life story (I think we are best friends now!) Miguel in Financing negotiated with Banks on my behalf and left me in sticker shock in a good way! Moritz Chevrolet Pre-owned imma brag about ya! Best dealership experience hands down! Edited: Apparently my approval was revoked even though Ive provided tax returns, utility bills, check stubs. Right after purchasing I went into surgery and had complications, I was playing phone tag with the bank and then I get a letter of denial. Now they want $2000 down. Im not happy at all!
