Weeks Natatorium location: Rarely open when we need them. Hours dont mean anything. Friendly staff the two times we caught them open!

Worst customer service imaginable and then some! My wife and goddaughter went there to buy a swimsuit for competition. They didn't have the one she wanted, but did take an order (and the money). It was meant to arrive within a week and should be delivered to their Keller branch. However, after one and a half week we were notified, that it had arrived. On a hunch my wife called the Keller branch and they hadn't heard of it. So she called the Dallas branch. First they told her it had been shipped to our home address (which they completely refused to do on the day of purchase). On speaking with a manager, first the week delivery time became a "business week" and then they had the cheek to say the manager would take it to the Keller branch next time he would go over there (no indication when that would be). As an alternative he offered to ship to our home address with extra cost. So in the end my wife decided to drive to Dallas to pick it up in person, since our goddaughters meet is tomorrow. In the shop she was handed the swimsuit, only to find out that it was the wrong size. At least they didn't give any trouble to refund the money (that is what the one star is for, otherwise I would try to give them negative stars!). Never, ever, will we set a foot in this shop again. Thanks to Amazon, we will have it delivered to our home at no extra cost, still to late for this meet, but at least in a timely manner (their estimated delivery time is not a week or a "business week").
