After being on a tight schedule, I was told it would only take 20 minutes for a quick tire patch. I came back an hour later and they forgot I even dropped of the tire to be fixed. Wake up staff!!

My car was put on the lift incorrectly putting a decent dent in the rocker panel. Nobody told me it was damaged which was pretty obvious to see as soon as I got home. They should have informed me of the damage not just hoping I would not notice. As a former mechanic I know its somthing that happens but should be explained to the customer and offered a free service or to repair it.

5/11/2020 called for an appointment to fix a slow leak and was told, first come first served. Well thats not true, have seen different at a previous time. Brought the car in and was told fixed in about an hour. Walked around town (covid19) came back in an hour and ten minutes and car was not moved. Went in to inquire and was told my car will be right in! I bought the tire there and had heard the same thing 1.5 yrs ago! Asked for my keys complained and walked out the door. I recommend you do the same.
