I recently called the Virginia Hotel to get a gift certificate for a wedding. They politely explained that their online system was the only way to receive that in the mail. With some skepticism I went on and purchased the gift with instructions to ship from Cape May to Massachusetts . This was late last Friday. In the notes I stated I needed expedited delivery to have in hand by the following Wed. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive it all on Tuesday noting they had paid to overnight the package at no cost to me. ( Oh and Ida came through during this interval.) Fist Class Customer Service from a First Class organization.
