I recently had one of there cupcakes. Very dry. Im not sure if the freeze them or they just dont refresh the inventory enough - either way not worth the money.

OMG those are the bomb. People say this, but REALLY the cake bombs at The Cake House ARE the actual, for real, reason that this statement exists! The best sweet youll ever have!!! Oh, and their cakes are the absolute best, moist and delicious. No other cake holds a candle to theirs.

Good morning Rene, This is Chris the manager at The Cake House. We sincerely apologize for the order not being ready for pick-up on Saturday. I came in Sunday morning to bake it fresh and get the order finished. The cake sliding I am not sure how that happened. It was not that way when it was boxed up.I would love to make this right and give you a complete refund. We are completely committed to making our customers 100% satisfied. Ordered online 3 weeks in advance, received a receipt of payment and confirmation of delivery date. Went to pick it up but stated they stopped taking online orders and no one contacted me. Stated later they found it in the deleted folder, then they claim they didnt see a delivery date in the order, and still no one contacted me. They did try to fix it by making the cake the next day, but when we picked it up it was leaning and looked terrible. Unfortunately the integrity of the owner and staff about what happened, as well as the attempt to fix it was terrible. Have no desire to eat it at this point when it was supposed to be a special celebration with my family.
